After my husbands evaluation he waited for an appointment for weeks. When I called, twice I was informed it was our insurance . I called our insurance which informed us he had been okayed three weeks ago. I received a case number and phone number to call; I gave this information to Valley Baptist Rehab and have heard nothing from them.
