Son was seen today came by EMS. Everyone was very professional. His nurse Liliana was so nice. She made me feel at ease. She was gentle with my son and caring.The whole staff went above and beyond. I appreciate them all for the hard work and dedication.
After being placed in a dirty room, dealing with unprofessional staff, asking for medicine to lessen the extreme pain I was in and being denied… I told them I wasn’t staying. I could take better care of myself. The nurse responded, “You’re free to leave, no one is keeping you here.” And so, I did. However, in the summary visit, it states that I left against medical advice several times. Not only are they rude, they fabricate lies on medical records.
First time here July 7th and just to get an IV for my daughter that is young (8years old) they took 4 different nurses to try to look for it they poked her 5 times and still couldn’t find anything. We had to make them off the iv due to my daughter’s arm getting red plus it was burning her. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all plus all the dirty trash after trying to get the iv in is all over the floor and they didn’t pick it up. very unprofessional & unsanitary establishment! the past few times i've been to this hospital has been very unpleasant. from dirty, unclean linen that's not getting swapped out after each patient in the ER rooms, having me sit on a dirty bed, that smelled very strongly of urine & feces. this last time i went, i immediately got another patients blood all over my hand since there was blood on the floor/checkin area. the nurses showed no sense in urgency or care to help me wipe off ANOTHER patients blood. they handed me a dry p... read more
