The receptionist at the front desk wasn’t paying attention to my family and I. She was on the phone with the other workers talking about people selling food outside. She stopped me mid sentence to call the other workers. That’s very rude and disrespectful of her, I’m here worried about my daughter and she’s just more worried about some food!!
ER staff should all look for a new career. Wife was sent here by urgent care across the street ,stating she needed a blood transfusion asap, we have been sitting here for 2 hours despite being sent by urgent care and paperwork provided. Son was seen today came by EMS. Everyone was very professional. His nurse Liliana was so nice. She made me feel at ease. She was gentle with my son and caring.The whole staff went above and beyond. I appreciate them all for the hard work and dedication.
After being placed in a dirty room, dealing with unprofessional staff, asking for medicine to lessen the extreme pain I was in and being denied… I told them I wasn’t staying. I could take better care of myself. The nurse responded, “You’re free to leave, no one is keeping you here.” And so, I did. However, in the summary visit, it states that I left against medical advice several times. Not only are they rude, they fabricate lies on medical records.
