Admitted in at 8:30 on January 28 2025, service was deplorable, toilet in the hallway in ER was backed up and if you tried to flush black water would have run into the hallway, blood sugar was 60 and an orange juice was given, after 90 minutes of nothing being done, I decided to take her out of Valley Baptist and get her legitimate medical care. My first indication of an inept hospital was an empty waiting room, please if you feel suddenly ill avoid this place, you can thank me later
Mi hijo estuvo en la sala de emergencia por vómitos y diarrea ,estaba desidratado y estaba en una silla sentado por horas ,cuando le pusieron un medicamento para las náuseas ,reaccionó y se desmayó y tuve que aguantarlo por qué se iba a caer de la silla y el enfermero solo se quedó mirando parado frisado ,y ya mucho después lo pasaron a una cama y le pusieron suero muy mal servicio
My wife has been waiting for over an hour with a bleeding C-section wound. Theyre pushing other patients infront of her. Horrible management. This could be indeed a serious situation and they have her waiting. So much for "Emergency" room.

On 4/24/24-4/25/24 we brought my mother Shirley Ferguson in to help her with the abdomen pain . The first nurse was lvn Ilana and I have to say one of the sweetest attentive nurse I've across in a long time .....! But it gets better see had to go home but the nurse that replaced her was as sweet her name is Olivia rn in the er dept ! Not only were they kind but they were able to get my mom back on her feet . Also thanks so much 🙏 to Dr Andrew Warren for his exceptional service and care for my mom . I know yall probably don'... read more
