The lady at the reception desk turned me away without trying to look at my insurance card. She just assumed I had a hmo but in reality, I had a ppo with blue cross blue shield. She was rude to me and wouldn't give me her name.
Terrible practice! Lacks compassion. Any medical practice who rejects you because you don’t have an appointment is not living up to it’s promise to care for others. This practice will reject you fast without thinking twice, just like they did to me, and on top of that, the doctors are unreachable.
