Went into this ER at 6am 10/19/2025 having severe pain from an abscessed tooth , from the ladies at the front desk , to the nurses & doctor they were fast & friendly and helped me tremendously..very professional & caring would highly recommend going there was in an out in 1 hour amazing staff God Bless Yall & thank you!!!!!!💙💙💙💙💙 10 out of 10

My overall experience was unsatisfactory because Dr . Gustavo Gross was unprofessional. He ridicule my daughter because of her age. He broke a tongue depressor in my daughter's mouth while checking her throat, and was overall very rude.

My experience at Valley Baptist Emergency Center (across the street from the main VBMC) on 7/2/2025 has been incredibly frustrating and concerning. I have been at this ER before and although the wait was long, nothing prepared me for how long I would be waiting this time around. I understand high patient volume, triage prioritization, limited bed availability and lack of resources or staff, but this was during off peak times (or so I thought).
