This is the second time my family has had to use the Valley Baptist Emergency Center and each time we’ve had Nurse Milly. She’s a great Nurse and her patient care is excellent. She is truly the best ER nurse I have ever seen. My husband has hard vains to get blood from and she was a pro. All the other staff was awesome too. Thank you Milly and Valley Baptist
I was there to get seen for scalding myself. I left because I didn't get seen and the nurses who took my vitals laughed at me in a demeaning way. There were 4 people called before me that arrived 20 minutes and more after me. When I told them I was leaving it was like it didn't matter and they didn't ask why as to look into it.
I was seen by a Doctor Rodriguez in the emergency was given an I v with some antibiotics my son asked him about any room available due to I'm 75years old sitting in a hard chair he said no with attitude and suddenly discharged me with half the IV still in the bag I don't think that was right I'm sure I was billed for a full bag of the IV not a professional
