Mahmoud took such wonderful care of me when I was opening my cd! He was nice and professional, and the branch manager Joanne was such a positive and professional woman. It was such a pleasant experience.
Polite doesn’t mean anything if you are incompetent. As a life-long client the amount of mistakes this bank has made in the past 2 years is atrocious. The most recent one was them depositing a check into an account that did not belong to the person the check was written out to. We’re talking Banking 101. Never had a problem. Genuine customer service.
Absolutely sucks… screwed me over before I went on vacation. Add money on hold they should not have been on hold.. they could not tell me why were correct the problem. So now I’m on vacation and they did it again to me. When I return from vacation, I will be going in to close my account. I will never deal with this bank again.
