OH, how much do I love Valley Bank? Let me count the ways on a scale of 1 to 5 Stars! 5 Stars in every way possible. I can call my Branch while we are traveling and they handle everything. I have Business, personal and estate accounts with Valley and they are the Best! Shout out to the St Pete location! They are awesome.

If you’re seeking top-notch service with a warm, hometown smile, Valley Bank is the place to be. No long lines to endure, and you’re greeted by name every time. I’ve never been to any bank where any changes or additional services were so easy! I’d like to give a special shout out to Crystal Jones and Jacqueline Vides in Fort Myers, Fl…Summerlin Commons branch.

This is an amazing bank! When I started my business and needed to open a business banking account, I had looked at other banks. But when I met Erin and Crystal at the Fort Myers location, I knew Valley is where I wanted to bank. They made me feel like I was family from the start, guided me through the process seamlessly, were quick to respond to questions, and every time I walk in, they know my name. You don't get that from any other bank.
