I have an account with Valley Bank and I want to give a special shout-out to Prabjot Choudhary at the Kinderkamack branch. She is absolutely amazing at her job. Even though the branch doesn't have a money-counting machine, she patiently and accurately counts the cash by hand every time, and she always does it with a great attitude. Friendly and efficient service and pretty good rates too. What more can you ask.
