Great bank !! Amazing bankers and teller, my biggest complaint/headache here is cash deposits are a nightmare. I have multiple businesses and make cash deposits and it’s too long of a process which the old antiquated cash counting machine. If you are making cash deposits get a cup a coffee it will take a while !
I have an account with Valley Bank and I want to give a special shout-out to Prabjot Choudhary at the Kinderkamack branch. She is absolutely amazing at her job. Even though the branch doesn't have a money-counting machine, she patiently and accurately counts the cash by hand every time, and she always does it with a great attitude. I'm sure there are very well-meaning people who work at Valley branches. This branch has none of them. This branch created nothing but headaches for us. 0 stars.
Friendly and efficient service and pretty good rates too. What more can you ask.
