The people was very nice
its close to impossible to close a custodial account and they lowered the interest rates. Better to buy stocks with dividends. im going to complain to the feds, ftc, dept of finance
I have been banking with Valley since it’s inception and have only had the very best of experiences. The staff is the friendliest., kindest and most helpful of any financial institution I have ever had dealings with. Unfortunately I have had to move and although I am no where near a local branch, I would never change banks.
Great place to bank! Employees always make you feel welcome no matter how often you visit. Good location and the customer experience is awesome!
