The staff at 150801 Biscayne (Valley Bank), in particular Corinthia Coffee, went out of their way to help me solve an urgent problem with getting my title after paying off my auto loan. I cannot recommend them highly enough. This was truly the finest service I have ever had at any bank. Who knew? I didn't, but I do now!! :-)
I received a recommendation for this branch from a realtor who gave me her business card. She mentioned that they assist many of her clients with mortgages. When I arrived, I noticed only two people in the entire branch, one of whom was Ana. She was incredibly friendly and welcoming, immediately asking how she could help me.
