Great crew and overall great experience. Unloaded me right away. And also let me do a 10 hour sleeper birth reset, since I was completely out of drive hours when I arrived. Thank you guys.
Checked in at 7 Got dock right away Offloading started at 9. Done at 9:30 Slow people. They need to learn how to do products count. So lazy people just making their hours Waiting for paperwork at 1pm. Overnight Parking yes. Washroom yes
Great place to deliver. In and out in less than an hour, plenty of room to back, friendly staff.
If I could give this company a zero star review I would. Worst customer elservice we have experienced. For 2 years straight. They act like there are no other options for their customers to get product. They show up whatever random day they want, doesn't matter if it's your scheduled day or not. They completely "lose" your orders due to a glitch in the system, show up for your delivery with one item instead of the 40 boxes you ordered. The delivery experience here was awesome. They have great customer service skills, thank you Richard. My delivery was at 11am checked in at 7am, unloaded within 45 minutes. They have overnight parking across from the docs. They have bathrooms inside upon request, trashcan outside of the shipping and receiving office.
