I wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone. My boyfriend brought his work truck here to be serviced. He requested that the tail light be fixed & license plate light be replaced. They ziptied the license plate underneath the working tail light & didn't fix the tail light that isn't working. They also left wires inside the vehicle exposed?!? They had the vehicle for TWO DAYS mind you. Never again.

I was visiting from out of town and ran into some trouble with my transmission. They fit me in for diagnostics, worked out a plan of action, and did what was needed while communicating clearly the whole way through. Prices seemed reasonable, and the quality of work was solid. People are very kind and competent.

I brought my vehicle in to Valley Automotive today after price shopping a bit on some repairs I needed done. Valley’s prices were far and away better than the dealership that had done my original diagnostics. Their labor prices were much more fair, and most importantly they were polite, punctual, communicative, and honest. While I can’t speak for the repairs yet as its only been a few hours since I picked up my car, I cannot say enough about the integrity of this shop during my experience today.

I'm not sure what changed with this place. They used to be slightly over-charging, but otherwise a pleasure to work with. Something has changed in the last couple years, and not for the better. Positives: - They will work with you on schedules. We all have to work, and time is precious... you can drop your keys off after hours and they have quick turn arounds. - Methods of communication.
