When I first started going here many years ago they were awesome. Attentive and got the job done well! But now they have gone down hill so badly it’s really sad. I was given a bad exhaust which last barely a year (they even told me when i brought it in year that’s a bad exhaust well try to get you a new one). They couldn’t it was 2 days over warranty. Valley Automotive is by far the worst garage I’ve been to. They charge double the price for the crappy work they do, they tried to charge $800 for a starter job, I called every local garage around, all other garages laughed at valleys prices and said they would charge $550. even after getting the car towed to a new shop, and paying valley’s ridiculous diagnostic fee, as well as getting the work done at another garage, I still ended up saving money, as Opposed to if the job was done at valley. SCAM! NEVER AGAIN. They will charge 35% higher prices than every other garage around (I called 4 other garages that were all 35% less) , and they tried charging me a large “diagnostic fee” when such fees were never disclosed. The owner yelled at us, and was an absolute swindler. They will try to manipulate you about their prices but it’s an absolute rip off. Valley Auto does thee most superior wheel alignments in at least a 50 mile radius. It is hard to find an auto shop that does even decent wheel alignments.
I’ve been going to Valley for many years now. Great people with fair and quality service.
