60k and 90k maintenance for 2 cars. Great work and timely
I had a complete engine inspection done and they were very accommodating and letting me revise the task. I wanted to complete without giving me any pressure. Very nice to work with.
This was my 3rd experience with Valley Automotive. They are not the least expensive. They are not the fastest. I keep going back because they are the best. They diagnosed an issue with my electrical system that I would have never expected to be a 1 year old alternator. There mechanics did additional maintenance they recommend while they had the car. The car ran noticeably better when I picked it up. Emily and James that run the front office are fantastic and took the time to answer my questions along the way.
We have taken our cars to Brian’s team at Valley Auto for 21 years. We keep coming back first and foremost because they are honest and trustworthy. They work with our budget to help us prioritize repairs and maintenance and build a schedule to keep our cars running. They have serviced our 19 yr old minivan with 270k miles for its lifetime. I’ve been a customer of Valley Automotive for a couple years now and they are always very thorough and prompt in their inspections and evaluation Their pricing is reasonable as well. James at the front desk is extremely helpful and personable . Will definitely be a returning customer.
