I've had positive experiences with Valley Automotive each time I have brought my truck in for service or repair. The staff is friendly and responsive. They made a great effort the last time my truck was in to ensure that I had it back before the weekend, which was much appreciated! Prices do seem to be a bit on the higher end, but with the cost of everything going up, its not surprising. Valley Automotive was great to work with! They provided a diagnostic report prior to performing work that made it easy to understand what they recommended & why. The report offered detailed information & grouped items by "needed" repairs for immediate safety/operational concerns and "optional" repairs so we could make informed decisions & stay within our budget. I brought in my car to get some needed work. They advised what I needed done and anything that needed to be done now vs later. Great customer service that kept me updated throughout the process.
DO NOT USE THIS MECHANIC! They put a massive scratch and dent in our front bumper, and broke our Catalytic Converter. Held our car hostage for a month total said there is nothing we can do about it. Our car left their shop in worse condition then it went in.They are terrible do not use them.
