Great atmosphere nice people.
Did an amazing job diagnosing issues. Clearly showed what work NEEDED to be done, then highlighted what should be done for the longevity of the vehicle’s health. Professional, quick, reliable. Everything you would want and need from a mechanic.
Ask for my vehicle to be ready in a week, they were done ahead of schedule. Price they quoted is the price I paid. Easy to communicate with.
I took my 2004 Mazda in because it was running rough. At the front counter I talk with Emily and James who were very nice and helpful in my decision on what need to be done. They also, provided free transportation for me to get home and next day pickup when my car was done.
Emily and James are outstanding to work with. Highly recommend Valley to anyone needing honest great service.
