Progress updates have to be solicited. That is not good. $400 to diagnose the problem. Quoted me over $2100 to fix the car enough to find out if other items they said likely need fixing. It may even need a new engine. Would you pay someone $2500 to find out the engine replacement would cost way more than a vehicle is worth. I wont return.
Valley Auto was able to accommodate quickly without an appointment for a CEL on my work truck. Got me back on the road within just a few days, they were very communicative and friendly throughout tbe process!
Easy to schedule an appointment, kind and friendly staff, and great communication! Also, their after-hours pickup/drop-off option is a huge plus!
