VARA is clutch!! As in coming thru when you need 'em. I was in the area and got a flat tire due to a nail. It was Sunday late morning and I called to check if they were open and could take care of it. Said it was no problem, I drove over, and it was taken care of right away. Good friendly service. Thanks for bailing me out and getting me back in the road.
I'd rather not have to give this review, as those working at VARA were quite nice, though my recent experience with them has been primarily negative. I brought in my vehicle to have some overheating issues dealt with. Long story short, I ended up bringing my car in about five times total, as the issue persisted no matter what they tried. Alongside this, an engine issue was introduced after the second visit, which then also had to be tended to. I called and said if he could put on a lug tire bolt on my car he said yes. Then when I got there he said "I'm busy right now come back tomorrow." He lied to me. Bad customer service When I called it was 12:11 pm I got there at 12:14 . I asked him on the phone "Can I still bring my car in?" He said "yes bring it" He never said "I'm busy bring it tomorrow." So I brought my car to his shop, and he said "I'm busy bring it tomorrow" my husband was there too he heard everything. I will never go back to that place. He should of to... read more
