I'd rather not have to give this review, as those working at VARA were quite nice, though my recent experience with them has been primarily negative. I brought in my vehicle to have some overheating issues dealt with. Long story short, I ended up bringing my car in about five times total, as the issue persisted no matter what they tried. I called and said if he could put on a lug tire bolt on my car he said yes. Then when I got there he said "I'm busy right now come back tomorrow." He lied to me. Bad customer service When I called it was 12:11 pm I got there at 12:14 . I asked him on the phone "Can I still bring my car in?" He said "yes bring it" He never said "I'm busy bring it tomorrow." Excellent shop! Made an appointment from their website and took the car in for maintenance services! It was literally almost half the price of the dealer! Car was done the same day and I was alerted promptly. Would recommend to anyone.
