It's not an experience per se' with the shop itself. It's with I believe the owner David? He was kind enough to help me out today at O'Reilly's Auto with guiding me in my AC recharge issue on my Jeep. He absolutely didn't have to help, but I am very grateful that he took the few minutes out of his afternoon and did. In the future when and if I have a need for service on my vehicles I'll definitely be bringing them to his shop!
David was able to help me out in a pinch when one of my cv axels went out. Not only did he get me in same day, but he had me back on the road within a couple hours of breaking down. He showed me a couple of things and made awesome suggestions that I’m surprised no other mechanic has mentioned in the past. On top of all of this, I can guarantee he offered the best price you can find. I was blown away. And the awesome dogs were just a bonus :)
Highly recommend this mechanic! David does very good and honest work. I was driving my Tacoma across the country when my axle went out. I had to get it replaced ASAP and be on the road. David was very understanding of my situation and got it all fixed for me after hours, working in the dark, with flashlights, all for a reasonable price. Once again I highly recommend this auto service!!! You will not be disappointed.
