Called same day and got an appointment to get my brake pads replaced. 2 hours later done. ✅
I’m happy, got my car fixed on time and as promised, although the price is on the higher end compared to the quotes I got from other shops. They also did an overall inspections of your car and send you pictures of the problems and a link for you to approve or not before they work it. Which I think is pretty cool.
Courteous and informative. Didn't feel any pressure to upset. Competitively priced.

I loved the Detailed Estimate. It was easy to understand and matched exactly what I already knew about my Vehicle. But what I really loved, was, there is no charge for the diagnostic. When I knew what was wrong with the vehicle; and they knew what was wrong with the vehicle, there was no charge for me to decide to fix it or not. Of course, I wanted my Baby fixed. And; the price was right. I had already checked around.
