I recently purchased a vehicle which due to it's age and high mileage, was sold "as is". Shortly thereafter, it experienced a problem. But despite having no warranty, they picked up my vehicle, repaired the problem, and returned the vehicle to my home. They went above and beyond to make sure I was a satisfied customer!

I would say a 4.5, no one gets a perfect score. It’s was a very pleasant experience. Kind yet straightforward mixture of customer service. Clarified their process and billing was translucent. Their document fees are $500 less than most dealers. The vehicle I had bought was nicer than the pictures, very pleased. Hope it does my family well. The salesperson Oleg was very rude and condescending. Started insinuating I couldn’t afford the vehicle when I made an offer that offended him. I called the manager, Daniel, who said he already “looked over the thread” and he didn’t see a problem with his salesperson dialogue. Daniel wouldn’t let me get a word in. Really good experience. My favorite part is that did not hassle me at all. I came in. We had a conversation. They let me test drive whatever car I wanted and when I was ready we went through the paper work. First car buying experience I didn't hate. Al, Oleg and Sam. Thank you.
