Trim after repair not a good color match and truck was ready for a week and no one told me. I found out through Enterprise car rental calling.
The bodywork on my vehicle turned out great and was completed in a reasonable amount of time. That said, communication throughout the process was lacking. I had to reach out for every update, and the completion date changed several times. The receptionists were not very helpful or professional. Quality work, but poor customer service.
Valley Auto Body was great. Good work and great communications.
