Great service!
On my way to McCall this morning my Tahoe started to drive strange and eventually stopped shifting into gear. After shutting off and restarting I was able to limp it along from Cascade to McCall. I called Tony at Valley Auto and he they were super busy but if I could bring in by he’d take a look at a few things. After quickly investigating what the issue was Tony suggested to leave it with them and they’d get to it as quickly as possible. I need the transmission serviced and possibly more. Sean was so kind and helpful. Fixed my car and got me back on the road! Most helpful mechanic ever!
Drove in without an appointment with a battery issue and Tony looked at it immediately. 15 minutes later my battery issue was taken care of and no longer an issue. Fast, friendly and accurate service resulted in making an appointment for maintenance and repair on another vehicle.
Sean and the rest of the folks here are wonderful! Very knowledgeable and transparent, good communication, fast service and reasonable prices.
