I have been putting off writing this review for months but after hearing from friends that they have went through similar experiences through valley auto without speaking up, I truly feel like it is my right to make sure nobody ever goes through the same experience especially with a car as beloved as mine. I can confidently say this has been one of the most frustrating and unnecessarily difficult experiences I’ve ever had with a business. To start, the woman working at the front desk has been, without exaggeration, one of the most dismissive and unpleasant people I have ever had to communicate with in a professional setting. Basic customer service, respectful communication, and even the slightest willingness to be helpful seem to be completely foreign concepts here. This team is lead by an honest man who now has put me in a position where I get to “pay it forward”. Thank you for taking care of my scooter I now am fully enjoying Idaho. What you did would never have happened in Vegas. Thank you these guys are th best! I would bite the heads off of chickens if thy asked me to ..

I've put off leaving this review for some time. My initial experience was good, especially with scott (I think?) the owner. I previously spoke with Scott or one of his technicians (can't really remember) regarding my car and it's issues, I told them I had a theory due to many people with the same car having identical issues as myself so I had the part if that was the issue. Blew a fuse in my truck while on the way to McCall. It blew every time I replaced it so we got a tow. Called a few garages and Valley was able to schedule us after 5pm at night to get in within a couple of days even though it happened right after July 4th. Melanie was great to work with in coordinating everything. I was concerned it might take a long time to locate the source of the short but they found it and repaired it in less than two hours.
