I've put off leaving this review for some time. My initial experience was good, especially with scott (I think?) the owner. I previously spoke with Scott or one of his technicians (can't really remember) regarding my car and it's issues, I told them I had a theory due to many people with the same car having identical issues as myself so I had the part if that was the issue. Blew a fuse in my truck while on the way to McCall. It blew every time I replaced it so we got a tow. Called a few garages and Valley was able to schedule us after 5pm at night to get in within a couple of days even though it happened right after July 4th. Melanie was great to work with in coordinating everything. I was concerned it might take a long time to locate the source of the short but they found it and repaired it in less than two hours. My elderly father took his 2016 Silverado in for an oil change. The truck had less than 21000 miles on it. They told him his diff was low and had metal filings in it. He had them top it off and his bill was over $500.00. I had him take it to the dealership because it is under warranty and guess what the dealership said everything is good. It is sad that businesses take advantage of the elderly. I told my father to just take it to the dealership who is honest with us.

I wish I could give more than just 5 stars! Sean went above and beyond when my Hyundai Sonata Hybrid broke down late Friday afternoon. We got the car to Valley Auto at 6pm (closing time) and he stayed for several hours diagnosing it, gave us a loaner vehicle so we could go get something in town to eat while he stayed and worked on it until late in the evening. I took my 2006 Duramax here after having some transmission problems. Sean and his team diagnosed a unusual problem and fixed it up, when they could've just quoted me a new transmission for way more money if they were a less honest shop. They saved me a bunch of money and stress. When I picked the truck up, Sean had the bad part in a bag and explained to me what happened to it. Valley is the best and I'm really glad my trucks issue happened close to this shop. I would definitely recommend Valley Auto!
