Very kind and helpful in identifying age-related changes in my hearing, but also some unexpected significant impairments and how new technolgy can assist. Very responsive with processing the necessary paperwork to obtain the right equipment to hear better. I especially appreciate the ability to use the phone app and pre-sets to easily adjust for different environments.
