It was my first time at valley Arts Dental. My experience was great, everyone one was very nice and professional. The atmosphere was very inviting. They walk me through every steps. Of what needed to be done. They did such a wonderful job with cleaning my teeth. Best dental care in town.
Initially they were great but recently the staff in the office has changed and they are wildly unreasonable. I have had two fillings that are still sensitive so I was already questioning the quality but I was planning to come back to get them fixed and also invest in aligners for my teeth but they just sent me a threat to send my account to collections because I owe $18 from the last insurance payout. $18! The staff is great very pleasant and caring so I travel 568 miles to get teeth cleaned and check. See you in July keep up the good work
I received great service here at the West Orange location . Staff were extremely resourceful and kind. Environment was clean and aesthetically pleasing. I will be recommending my friends and family.
