Unfortunately, my experience with this facility has been terrible. Getting the blood work done is very easy, but I’ve had my appointments canceled twice and then booked again two months out. If you’d want to be seen sooner, which is still usually two months out, they try and send you 45 minutes away. You can’t talk to a manager. Dr Prasad is the first Rheumatologist to actually read my medical history and took 30 mins to take a verbal history to get a very clear idea of all of my symptoms. He is very calm, inquisitive and seeks to understand.So much has changed in the 30 years since I was first diagnosed with an autoimmune disease. He was very thorough and thoughtful in his treatment plan and tests he ordered. We were told that we are no longer along to come because according to them we were rude and insurance issues nurse Joanne Taylor was a sweetheart but staff sucks
