We were told that we are no longer along to come because according to them we were rude and insurance issues nurse Joanne Taylor was a sweetheart but staff sucks
Haven’t started with them yet - but already frustrated. They post that their office hours are 8-5. I called at 4:30 and got their after after hours message. So today I called at 8:45 and got their after after after hours message. When I spoke to the on-call operator they informed me that the phones are not turned on until 9:00 - and get turned off at 3:00. Poor customer service right out the gate.
