They never listen to what you have to say and are not professionals. Wish my mother had a different doctor. Hurry in and hurry out!! And most of the time her doctor is doing something else so we have to see another doctor that don’t know anything about the situation!
Great experience each time I go. I feel the wait is very low and heard by my doctor.
Wish I could put zero stars for our experience today. My 53 year old father tried to get an appointment here 2 months ago for a serious health concern regarding episodes of nausea, serious internal pain, etc. (not going into too much detail here). They said he’d have to wait about 2 months for an appt, and my mother finally secured the appointment about a month ago. I like Dr Hammond... Straight forward and easy... The office staff worse ever rude, no idea in regards to billing and coding... Mainly the front desk and the office manager if she was my employee... Gone, fired bye!
