I have been a patient here for approximately 10 years now. I just love Jordan Stancombe for all my asthma and allergy needs! She has excellent bedside manner and makes sure I know all my options! I am so thankful to have her as my provider! She is always so kind and cheerful, as is all the staff here! I highly recommend Jordan if you have any asthma or allergy concerns.
They do not take referrals from urgent care or the ER? These people dont care about helping patients. There priorities are filling their pockets. It sad to see do many people getting into the medical field just to get rich. Sure would be nice to find someone who still wants to help people.
This place refused to keep my second appointment the day I was there for an appointment because they would not properly verify my insurance deductible amount with Aetna even though they are an in network provider. Insurance information was incorrect on their end and simultaneously refused to acknowledge patient's insurance information when patient presented them with proper documentation and reference information. The staff at Valley Allergy and Asthma Clinic has always been so friendly, helpful, and kind to me when I get my allergy shots. Jordan and Chuck took such great care of me whenever I had a systemic reaction, and acted quickly to make sure I was okay. I would highly recommend their care.
