My kiddo’s doctor sent a referral back in May . . . Come AUGUST I still hadn’t heard anything from the clinic . . . So I called the clinic, informed them about the referral sent 3 months prior, they claimed they never received it, so I had my kiddo’s doctor send it again . . . I reached back out to the clinic roughly two weeks later to follow up to see if they had received the second referral since I hadn’t heard anything back, and they informed me they had the referral.
