The Doctor was extremely kind and helpful. She seemed extremely intelligent and I was hopeful she would be able to help me. However the front desk staff let me stand at the front without acknowledging I existed for 5 minutes when I tried to schedule a follow up. The office was running a full hour behind. I had to take off work to be there (I work in anchorage), and had limited time. They decided to charge me in full for the appointment and make me reschedule (taking more time off work) for the allergy testing I was supposed ... read more
Been a patient for over 7 years: The staff is all friendly, the providers very knowledgeable and the front staff is quick to make any mistakes right as best they can. Sometimes appointments take longer than expected but we’ve seen marked improvement in recent months.
The gals at the front desk are super helpful! Debbie and Olivia are the bomb! Really appreciate them going out of the way to help figure out some hiccups. Thank you to all the great staff: MAs, Front desk, and of course billing! 😉
I have been a patient here for approximately 10 years now. I just love Jordan Stancombe for all my asthma and allergy needs! She has excellent bedside manner and makes sure I know all my options! I am so thankful to have her as my provider! She is always so kind and cheerful, as is all the staff here! I highly recommend Jordan if you have any asthma or allergy concerns.
They do not take referrals from urgent care or the ER? These people dont care about helping patients. There priorities are filling their pockets. It sad to see do many people getting into the medical field just to get rich. Sure would be nice to find someone who still wants to help people.
