Very disappointing experience. After months of allergy shots and reaching full immunity, I was later told I had “missed shots” because the treatment had “decayed in effectiveness.” This is something the clinic should have proactively monitored and communicated. As a patient, I followed the schedule I was given and had no visibility into dose decay or timing thresholds. Doctor who runs this place is extremely inconsiderate towards his workers and patients in winter storms and will force them to come in even though the state is advising people to stay home. A couple of his patients had accidents on the way to their appointments and he couldn’t care less. What happened to having some empathy and bedside manner in doctors? I highly recommend finding a place that genuinely cares about people’s lives and well being

Been trying to get a call back to schedule an allergy test for about a week now with no response. I’d suggest looking elsewhere.
