I have been a customer of Jay’s at Valley Alignment for over 30 years, and my very first meeting with him sealed the deal. Back in 1996, I purchased a 1994 Ford F-150 from a dealership that certified the truck as being in excellent condition. Fast great service
Wouldn't recommend for alignments, as he will carelessly throw the alignment mirrors on your wheels and damage them. Brought in my car, with a set of brand new $10k wheels and left with no alignment and damaged lips on my wheels (since he couldn't loosen up the camber bolts). I'm sure he does great work, but he's sloppy and careless; I wouldn't bring anything higher-end to his shop, unless you don't value your stuff. Funny guy, good chatting, but definitely short tempered.
Great experience. Easy to book an appointment, didn't have to just leave my vehicle all day for their convenience. Jay was clear on what was required, what was imperative and what was okay to deal with later. Super honest and trustworthy. Highly recommend!
