I see that Valley Air has many positive reviews, but I think it’s only fair to potential customers to tell you about my very negative experience. Shortly after our new system was installed, it stopped working. Valley came and made an adjustment to the thermostat. We then had a flood and the ceiling was damaged. The owner of Valley Air, Mr. Lehman, inspected our home and said the flood was due to problem with the thermostat and that his company would reimburse us for the repairs to our ceiling and reset the thermostat. PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY - CASHED MY DEPOSIT, DID ZERO WORK FOR OVER 5 MONTHS One of the heating units in my condo went out around Thanksgiving 2020. My building recommended this company for the repair because they had previously done work there. They came out and said that the unit will need to be replaced and it will take 12 weeks to build the unit. It is now mid-April 2021 and no work has been done despite them cashing my deposit. I am so glad I went with Valley Air to put in my new HVAC system. They were quick to answer my call when my heat broke and had my heat installed within a day. Mike and Shawn were my installers and were neat, professional and courteous the whole time. I couldn’t have chosen a better company.

I want to introduce this company to you. Yesterday I received an air conditioning repair. They were sincere and knowledgeable. Also, they were able to see that the diagnosis was accurate and convincing. In addition, a reasonable repair history was presented at a fair price. I will recommend to my friends and neighbors. And the next time the air conditioner breaks down, I will contact the company again.
