We were very impressed with the professionalism of the team, from the Colin who did the quote to the installers. They were very respectful,efficent and presentable , Brad the supervisor was good in keeping us informed of the progress of installation. So happy to have a great solution to keeping the house ventilated.
Smooth, seamless experirence with the Valley Air Crew. We replaced our old ducted system with a new efficient system, including 7 climate controlled zones. The Team made this large job, no problem at all. Very tidy courteous. Great job, pleasurable experience and attention to detail was spot on.
Having a difficult air conditioning problem , Colin helped us work thorough our problem patiently. We came to the best cost effective option that give us a reliable product. Install day went well smoothly considering its complex nature and the small work spaces. Taylor and his guys were very friendly professional and well mannered.
