Valley Aircon were a pleasure to deal with. The booking was easy, the service person was on time, polite, efficient and informative.
Repair tech spent barely any time actually checking anything, he only removed the top cover of the outdoor unit, saw cockroach droppings and used profanities to describe the situation. There was no testing of electrics, and he spent more time suggesting their recommended replacement model. For the callout price it would have been nice if he actually performed some diagnostics.
Great service. Technician was polite, patient and informative
Very satisfied with the maintenance. We always learn something from the technicians.
