Full Panasonic ducted air con system installed. 5 star for quoting process which was detailed and more thorough than others. Installation on the day was okay but would have been nice if there was a little more interaction with us when some choices were made like placement of the external unit and indoor sensors. Early days but system seems to be working well apart from minor software glitch in Airtouch 5 wall controller noted but not resolved by installer (maybe fix itself with next update).

I found Valley Air Conditioning to provide fair quotes offer a reliable service and are honest which is hard to find these days My advice is if you Air Conditioning work done Don't ! go anywhere else.

I Have recently had the luck to use valley to install a ducted air condion , the4 man Crew worked as team and cleaned up when finished, all the staff at valley air-conditioning where great to work with could not rate them except. they were great to deal with. I rate the simply the best.

The gentleman arrived on time, was very polite and listened when I explained what was happening with the air conditioner. He worked on the outside unit, tested it on both heat and cooling and explained to me what the problem was. He cleaned the filter also. I am one very satisfied customer and will definitely pass on your details to others.

Quick response, quality job, value for money. Good service. They have qualified technicians which are very good with faults finding instead of just replacing units or modules like most of other companies. Most of companies are just training to get Quick money and sending quotes for replacing compet unit or modules. Valley Air actually repaing units and definitely saving a lot of money to customers. Highly recommend Valley Air as repairer
