The gentleman arrived on time, was very polite and listened when I explained what was happening with the air conditioner. He worked on the outside unit, tested it on both heat and cooling and explained to me what the problem was. He cleaned the filter also. I am one very satisfied customer and will definitely pass on your details to others.
Quick response, quality job, value for money. Good service. They have qualified technicians which are very good with faults finding instead of just replacing units or modules like most of other companies. Most of companies are just training to get Quick money and sending quotes for replacing compet unit or modules. Valley Air actually repaing units and definitely saving a lot of money to customers. Great company to deal with. Air conditioner was put in with 2 weeks of quote. The boys were lovely and very polite that put the new unit in. Tidied up after themselves.
The knowledge and integrity of the serviceman was impressive.
Original assessment was good but a discount on the repairs after paying $280 would have been good. The many requests for payment that had been paid was very annoying. Workmanship was good and they removed all waste.
