Very good service and follow-up. After a service call for my ducted air system i had a query. Alex came and fixed the problem quickly and effectively. He also gave me helpful information for future usage. Thank you also to Brooke in the office.

From the moment I called, their team was incredibly friendly and professional. They were quick to respond, and they were able to schedule a visit that worked perfectly with my busy schedule.
A huge thanks goes to Alex who cleaned our air conditioning unit .It was in a rental house were a hoarder had lived and was absolutely disgusting .He did a remarkable job and came up like new .From speaking to Brooke on reception to having it cleaned everyone was so professional and really friendly .Don’t waste time on quotes just use this company they are truly the best .
We purchased a Fujitsu ducted system from Valley over 5 years ago and purchased Valley's 5 year service program. The system unfortunately had a significant problem just outside the 5 year manufacturers warranty. Emily from Valley without us asking contacted Fujitsu and got them to cover the repairs and all associated costs. Emily was very efficient in organising the repair parts and installation and Josh did a great job installing the parts on a very hot Saturday. No star! Worst company of all. They dont prioritise clients and not reliable. they keep changing mind and dates on when to install aircon we waited for a year and keep changing months and dates of installation. Worst to deal company. Dont buy or contact this company
