This is a newish restaurant that obviously needs more staff to help with service, maintain the dining room. Attention went into design and decor but tacky details throughout like filthy floors, plastic plants, mass market artwork, all of which you notice with the long wait for service. Waitstaff and kitchen appeared frantic and stressed. If I were undersized burrata stabbed before serving, I’d be stressed as well. Absolutely a hidden gem. We started the day with coffee and stopped for a drink at the end of our adventure. I’m almost glad we didn’t discover the wine bar sooner or we could’ve spent the entire day there. The bartender is so kind and knowledgeable. The menu is divine. A wonderful experience we will be back soon!!
I took a chance on the chef's special, the Pesce Del Giorno, and it paid off. It was a taste I've never felt before, and it was unforgettable.
A huge shoutout to the chef. The special taste in every dish, from the lamb chops to the pasta, shows a real passion for Italian cuisine.
