I called this shop last Wednesday to see if they had my tire size, I was told no, then 5 minutes later they call back to say they have it. I was looking for a used tire, as mine had a nail on the sidewall. I got my tire changed and was out. Earlier today that same tire popped. So I changed it. Plus my car didn't have some tools i needed to change it, and my battery died. Luckily I was in a dunkin parking lot so someone helped me. I went to get a new tire from a different shop. The staff at this tire shop are extremely unprofessional. They rush you through every conversation, act like you’re bothering them, and then hang up the phone on you. There’s no respect, no patience, and no basic customer service. I won’t be coming back.
Best prices in town been coming for a while now they always take care of me highly recommended
