Even after two trips to the dealership to buy a boat, the sales staff never bothered to follow up with a quote. I guess they are not interested in a \$40,000 sale. Now the wife is having second thoughts! Bought my new Skeeter in Minnesota. Salesman at Vallely wouldn t even acknowledge my being in the store. I had cash in hand.
Great Dealership! I have purchased from Vallely and do my service and maintenance work there. The staff is very friendly and in my opionion the best in the area. Highly recommended from me and many others that I know. I think they have been rated as one of the Top 100 boat dealerships in America the last three years.
The service department is terrible! I had to have a boat there at 9:00 Monday morning for an appointment, and it was still sitting in the same spot tuesday morning. They dont want to work on it unless you have bought it from them. They did not even fix the problem, I had to take it to another dealer, who gladly fixed the problem. Absolutly the worst customer service I have ever recieved. I would wait a month extra before taking anything here. The sales and parts departments also had very terrrible attitudes.
