This was our 2nd experience with Vallee. The technician was again, great. He explained what was going on with the system and what will need to be done in the future. All around a great job. We will continue to use Vallee for HVAC maintenance
I made an appointment in may to have my AC & Furnace service when the repair man came to my home he said I needed a new igniter he acknowledged he did not have one and someone would be coming out to install it. Months went by so I called them and they said that someone would be out that Friday. When the repairman got to my home He went up and replaced the ignitor in about 10 minutes when he came downstairs and I asked him how much it was going to cost he said $387 . Christine took my call and was prompt to set up an appointment for me. John was the tech who arrived within the hour with 10/10 service. I got a text message from Vallee when John was on his way with a picture of him so I knew what to expect which made me feel safer and more comfortable upon his arrival. Friendly man and he got straight to work and the found the issue quickly. John made the repair and made sure cold AC was blowing before he left. I highly recommend using Vallee Air!
