My wife and I were looking for an affordable apartment unfortunately we didn’t qualify without a third person. However, the manager, I think her name was Jasmine? She was very helpful through out the entire process and very friendly from the beginning! I appreciated all of her help in the process!
I walked in looking for information on a unit and the manager (i think her name was Jasmine or Jacqueline) anyways she was so kind and informative. She answered all of my questions, explained everything and made me feel really comfortable the whole time! It’s nice walking into an office and being greeted by someone so friendly and welcoming. Definitely a great first impression.
The complex got better after Jasmyn got here. Shes the best!
Valle Verde is such a great place to live. Management is extremely professional and responsive to all tenant inquiries. Manager is very knowledgeable about property management and truly cares for her residents. Maintenance tech is great. He knows what he’s doing and truly cares about the property.
