I have been extremely disappointed in how Dr.Valle has “taken care” or me, or rather NOT. Not only was I told I was overweight based on the outdated BMI scale… over a 20 pound weight gain from being underweight, too skinny, to overweight?!?!? He dropped the ball on refilling my medications AND has refused to contact me in regards to a $120 bill from Feb, which I have been calling him, the office and his billers about since MARCH!
