do NOT move in here AT ALL anymore I’m saying this as a literal teen..I promise you it’s not worth it, absolutely horrible. something happened recently I cannot say right now since it isn’t any of my business..there has also been cars broken into by these kids/teens all around now..kids everywhere who fight (physically or js verbally) around the neighborhoods for the dumbest reasons..guns etc. Ghetto neighborhood now..it used to be calm and peaceful when I was younger and now it’s just chaotic..my home almost got broken into... read more
The neighborhood is really rough, wouldn't recommend it for anyone with kids, however the condos are beautiful!! Big, updated appliances, clean property and kids play and ride bikes throughout the day. It's a great property, management is great, you just have to communicate with them, Carmen is awesome. The owners/corporate aren't the best, but residents don't have to directly deal with them. Overall, my kids are older and don't go outside, 6th Ave is flooded with gross, addicted people. They’re actually quite large with 2 levels with one small bedroom downstairs and 2 upstairs. A little difficult to find and they were a bit pricey for the location.
