The neighborhood is really rough, wouldn't recommend it for anyone with kids, however the condos are beautiful!! Big, updated appliances, clean property and kids play and ride bikes throughout the day. It's a great property, management is great, you just have to communicate with them, Carmen is awesome. The owners/corporate aren't the best, but residents don't have to directly deal with them. Overall, my kids are older and don't go outside, 6th Ave is flooded with gross, addicted people. They’re actually quite large with 2 levels with one small bedroom downstairs and 2 upstairs. A little difficult to find and they were a bit pricey for the location.
Don’t waste your money or time with these apartments. It takes maintenance 2-3 months to fix anything. The office is only open once a week and they are always mad. Horrible location.
I've recently moved in, and this place sucks. There's bugs, and everything looks dirty, the ac doesn't even work. This place is the worst place ever!
