This whole mess started because the lady behind the bakery counter wrote my order wrong, forcing me to pay twice to fix the billing. Worse, even what was written correctly was still botched on the cake: my son's name was misspelled, the filling was pineapple instead of strawberry, the colors were wrong, and the paid decorations were missing.
