Hidden beach island discovery was a cool experience on its own but getting to the destination was an ordeal. Our departure was initially at 7:30am so we got there at 6:30am like what confirmation email told us to do. Once we got there we found out that the tour was delayed to 9am departure due to high tides. Understandable, as you cannot control unforeseen circumstances, BUT the problem lies with not being informed BEFOREHAND. Poor customer service.
