If I could give 10 stars I would! I joined Valkyrie 8 months ago, and I have loved every second of it. As a neurodivergent adult who struggles with socializing, I was shocked to find how easy it is to socialize and have fun with everyone there, from the coaches to the other members. I have been a member at Valkyrie Fitness for years now and it is a great gym environment for all skill levels! When I first joined, I had been out of the gym game for years and needed that extra motivation to go. Having classes with other people, and forming friendships with everyone has been the best part. I consider them my chosen family.
