Therapy staff was great, but billing was very odd. Months after my appointments I was told I had an unpaid balance. I contacted the clinic to find out why since I paid all copays and my insurance deductible is zero. After some back and forth they informed me it was for using the app. I was never informed the app incured separate charges for use. This team is amazing!!
Kara was being very rude and she was not being hands on with therapy. She don’t want to do her job. And she told us to leave and go to another place. Being very disrespectful. Kara is not doing her job correctly. Thanks
