From no water to back in action. What could have been a long weekend without water—thanks to a sudden zero-pressure boiler problem—was resolved so quickly I’ll barely remember it happened. The issue was diagnosed, faulty part replaced, and water back on before the dishes piled up. Definitely someone you want in your contacts before you need them.

Recently moved into a new property. Hired Valinstall to clean and fix a large water tank in the basement. I provided lots of photos and descriptions in my initial emails to the company as requested. They showed up in a good response time to fix the tank but clearly had no idea what they were here to do as they never read the emails. This meant that they had to make several trips to town (30 min round trip) to get supplies and more guys.
