Recently moved into a new property. Hired Valinstall to clean and fix a large water tank in the basement. I provided lots of photos and descriptions in my initial emails to the company as requested. They showed up in a good response time to fix the tank but clearly had no idea what they were here to do as they never read the emails. This meant that they had to make several trips to town (30 min round trip) to get supplies and more guys. I wish I could give 10 ⭐️’s! Val & Devin are the most professional, patient & knowledgeable people I have dealt with. The worry & stress I felt before they arrived was horrible! They came to Grande Cache and ended up in horrible weather, and also broke down, but still showed up to help us. Val and his team came to Cache on short notice to help us with our boiler system. Can’t thank them enough for their personable, professional and determination to make sure they didn’t leave until we were up and running again. Great company highly recommended.

This was the BEST experience I’ve ever had- this company is exceptional. My guy is professional, very knowledgeable, and quick! He was super friendly, helpful and had the solution within the first couple of minutes- I highly recommend this company- I thought if i could write a review, it might help others select their next plumber with less stress!
