Val was courteous, effecient, diagnosed the issue pretty fast and took care of explaining maintenance of the system as well. Great care and punctuality. Highly recommend for all you plumbing needs.
Valinstall was quick to provide a quote for a tub surround install and schedule the job, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the overall experience fell short. I have indoor-only cats and made this clear, but doors were repeatedly left open. Multiple workers came and went without notice, and communication throughout the project was minimal.
