Valinstall was quick to provide a quote for a tub surround install and schedule the job, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the overall experience fell short. I have indoor-only cats and made this clear, but doors were repeatedly left open. Multiple workers came and went without notice, and communication throughout the project was minimal.
