What a lovely way to spend a Sunday. The sound bath was very soothing, the 90 minutes allowed for some deep relaxation and the home cooked lunch was delicious. The venue was easy to find and very peaceful with pretty surroundings. Pat was a great hostess, very talented with providing an experience dedicated to self care. Thank you 🙏
What an amazing session to experience! My first one yesterday and I cannot believe it took me this long to attend. Thank you Pat Edwards! I felt relaxed, then released some internal stresses, followed by realisations and back to feeling relaxed again. I will definitely be back again!
