After experimenting with several Sleep aids, this one is really good! You might want to start with a smaller dose than recommended as each person might react differently. My my wife takes a much smaller dose than me...I started at half a dose, went up to almost full, per the instructions, and than adjusted back down. I get up refreshed, and it has really no residual affect after you wake up. Solid product!
