I was very pleased with the professionalism, quality and speed in which our roof replacement was performed. The crew was careful to protect our plants and shrubbery during the job. I was dubious when was told the job would be completed in one day. The crew arrived at 7:45 A.M. and left at 5:30 P.M. The crew did an outstanding job cleaning up. There was no indication that anything had happened by the end of the day other than we had a brand new, beautiful roof!
Validated Construction was by far the best company I've had to deal with in my line of work. As a real estate agent I've had a lot dealings with construction companies. These reviews are from employees and family of employees. I payed them for roof and didnt hear from them again for two weeks. Then i payed for load bearing wall an they dissapeared again. they told me my project would take three weeks and its been almost eight months and i still cant move into my home
