Beware of working for this university. My wife is a past employee and is presently unable to roll over her 403b retirement account. WSU's retirement contractors (AIG, Corebridge Financial & Retirement Manager) have not offered solutions to the flaws in their systems
In January 2020, wanted to roll over $ to another account before the COVID-19 crash. Was directed to contact adviser. Called and emailed adviser, who did not respond until late March. The damage had been done. Attempted to initiate distribution in April 2020. Company refuses to accept email, only fax and snail-mail. They claim it is for security purposes.
