Experiences has been great - friendly stuff, nice club house, great gym and good pool. Maintenance requests are carried out fast. There are some signs of wear and tear, but maintenance is ongoing, like new pool furniture and repainting interiors, which is good to see. Great value for your money
I will not list out the multiple maintenance requests I’ve had to submit while living in my building for 2 years, I won’t even complain about the time my kitchen counter cam was mysteriously knocked over after maintenance came in to work on a bathroom repair while I was out, nor will I bring up the times I’ve had to go into the office with concerns about the lack of parking for the building they placed me in, but what I will do is provide them with the star rating I believe they deserve and patiently wait for my lease to be ... read more

My son and I lived at Lakeside for 18 months. During that time we had a horrible experience. The complex was supposed to be smoke free but there was constant cigarette smoke and other chemicals leaking into our apartment. I found out later after my numerous hospitalizations and when my son passed out in the floor and had to be rushed to the hospital that it was carbon monoxide. The garages were leaking into our apartment the entire time we were living there. Don’t trust this company because the manager Chris lies.
