Ken, Patrick and Gavin are very responsible and knowledgeable in fire life safety. They have never let me down and always put the customer first.
I recently had a single motor vehicle accident while returning home to Ontario from Michigan. No one stopped to check if I was hurt or in distress until about an hour or so later a truck pulled over an a very kind and consoling gentleman appeared. Great service, Ken came out the next day and took care of the fire sprinkler issue I had. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for this type of service.
Very unprofessional , if you can’t keep your promises don’t do the job , it doesn’t matter how small that job is , and they tell you if it is live or death go somewhere else, soo rude , don’t do the job and give promises from the first place.
Patrick and Ken are the best. Highly recommended for any fire protection needs.
