Esa is very professional. However he's still has things to learn. He spent 8+ hours and 2 parts trying to fix our Lennox & didn't. I called a more seasoned company & they said Lennox takes only Lennox parts. I wasted alot of money on a generic part that will not work vs brand.

What great service! Esa from Valliant heating was the person who answered the phone and who also did the service. This is the kind of small business service that you want! It made it so scheduling the appointment, preparing for the servicing and repairs and paying the bill, were all seamless, efficient and without bureaucratic corporate nightmarish hold music or service people and receptionists that don't talk to each other.
