Valiant took our Kidde panel and removed the programming password to one of thier own. The name starting with a K refused to provide us it when we denied continuing service with valiant. Kidde can override the panel so the tactic of theirs failed on moving forward with a new company. it brought a huge danger to our hotel as our panel was in trouble and was stuck through this process! Evil!
