After waiting more than two weeks since initial contact to schedule annual inspections for my business, contacted Valiant twice via phone, three times via email, was assured I'd receive scheduling ASAP, never heard from anyone. Do not recommend this business, they clearly do not need work.

I recently had a single motor vehicle accident while returning home to Ontario from Michigan. No one stopped to check if I was hurt or in distress until about an hour or so later a truck pulled over an a very kind and consoling gentleman appeared. We spoke for a few minutes and although I maintained I was ok he could see I was really shaken by the accident. This kind man left and reappeared with a coffee and some water. Very unprofessional , if you can’t keep your promises don’t do the job , it doesn’t matter how small that job is , and they tell you if it is live or death go somewhere else, soo rude , don’t do the job and give promises from the first place.
