Whether you are suffering from addiction or a mental health issue, this place is fantastic. The staff is great! Sam G and Tom truly go above and beyond in helping get you the right tools to succeed. Steph has been an amazing addition to the team offering a type of compassion, life experience and great energy rarely seen in such a beautiful way.

I am sharing this review based on my personal experience at Valiant Behavioural Facility, which was deeply disappointing and concerning. The program felt financially driven, with repeated fear-based messaging that “30 days is never enough” used to pressure clients into extending their stay, regardless of individual progress. I spent 60 days at Valiant, and I’m genuinely grateful for the experience. The staff especially Tom and Sam taught me a lot about myself and supported me in ways I didn’t expect. Everyone there was kind, and the group dynamic really helped me open up. I learned pretty quickly that rehab brings together people who are all at different stages of change.
