One of my parents recently attended VBH. They were met by supportive staff. He has stated many times now that if it was not for the staff especially Red and Sam's support, encouragement and dedication to his care and needs he wouldn't be where he is today. We owe all the staff but especially those two the recognition for being dedicated and passionate to the treaent of our father! Thank you guys
Recently had a family member attend this facility and they were wonderful! So attentive to their needs and supportive of the rehabilitation process. I also had communication with the manager Sam during their stay and she was so helpful and understanding! They are still sober to this day and I couldn’t be more greatful! Thank you guys so much!
A very close family friend recently completed their program here, and I can honestly say the transformation has been incredible. The reason I give this facility 3 stars instead of five is because overall the staff are pretty nice people. Tom and Samantha were the best staff during my stay. My reason for not giving a 5 star review is due to the manager Sam. She would often talk down to the clients as if we were just stupid alcoholics or drug addicts. She told other clients there to not talk to or associate with me at all because I was a "bad influence".
